What Primehold does
Primehold is UK property portfolio intelligence software. It takes the figures you record, values, borrowing, rent, ownership and key dates, and turns them into a financial position you can read, question and act on.
A whole portfolio position · 12 properties, 3 entities
Six things Primehold understands
The same six, on every property, every entity and the whole book.
- Position
- What you own and what it is worth: every property's recorded value, the borrowing against it, and the known equity that follows, per property, per entity and across the book.
- Borrowing
- What is financed and on what terms: balances, rates, monthly payments, lenders and product end dates, with the ones that are ending or already lapsed brought to the front.
- Income
- The rent you have recorded, and what remains after the mortgage payments you have recorded. Where a payment is missing, the figure reads not yet available rather than pretending it is nil.
- Attention
- What needs checking, updating or acting on: a fixed rate about to end, a valuation that has gone stale, a mortgage nobody has recorded, a certificate that applies with nothing on record.
- Opportunity
- Where the recorded figures support it, the headroom to 75% loan-to-value behind each product end, ranked by money, as something worth investigating at the remortgage. Indicative, before costs and lender criteria.
- Trust
- What Primehold knows, what it does not yet know, and where the record is incomplete. Figures trace back to the dated entries behind them, and gaps are named as gaps.
Figures with their history
A purchase, a valuation, a remortgage, a rent change: each is an entry with a date and the user who recorded it. Primehold keeps a history of recorded portfolio changes, so a figure on the page can be traced to the entries behind it.
Your portfolio data stays with your account and can be exported at any time, and who can see it and where it lives is answered in writing.

Built for the whole portfolio
Personal, company and trust
Each entity holds its own properties and figures; the book totals them without blurring who owns what.
A register that scales
Filter by entity, status or what a property needs, sort by what matters, and export the whole book to a clean spreadsheet whenever you ask.
Start from a spreadsheet
Import the portfolio you already keep: Primehold reads your headers, maps your columns and shows a preview before anything is saved.
Optional
Your portfolio, with or without an adviser
Use Primehold on your own. If you already work with an adviser, they can be given access to the same portfolio, so the next conversation starts from figures you both trust. When you want specialist mortgage support, connect with Propertyze.
Primehold is a record-keeping tool, not a regulated financial service. It is not authorised or regulated by the FCA and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Where a review is requested, the advice relationship is with a regulated UK adviser.
