How it works
Add what you know. See what it means.
Primehold is built to be useful from the first property. Every figure you record joins one financial view; every figure you have not recorded yet stays visible as a gap, never as a zero.
From the first address to a portfolio you understand
- 1
Add your portfolio
Start property by property or import a spreadsheet when you already have a larger dataset.
- 2
Understand the position
Primehold brings values, borrowing, rent and ownership together so you can see the financial position in one place.
- 3
See what is missing
Missing information stays visible rather than silently becoming zero.
- 4
Know what needs attention
Upcoming mortgage dates, stale values and incomplete records surface where they can be investigated.
- 5
Investigate opportunities
Where the recorded data supports it, Primehold can show known headroom and other areas worth investigating.
- 6
Take action
Update the record, review the mortgage, add evidence or connect with Propertyze when specialist borrowing advice would help.
Every answer counts, including “later”.
When you add a property, Primehold asks whether it has a mortgage. Yes records the borrowing. No is a fact Primehold keeps, so the property is treated as debt-free and its equity appears. Later keeps the question open: the figures that depend on the answer stay marked as not yet available, rather than pretending the borrowing is nil.
The same holds for the value, the rent, the certificates and the key dates. Record what you know now and the rest when you have it.
The mortgage
Does the property have a mortgage?
Answer now or come back to it. The figures that depend on the answer stay marked as not yet available until you do.
- Yes
- Balance, rate, payment and product end date go on the record.
- No
- A fact Primehold keeps: the property is debt-free and its equity appears.
- Later
- The question stays open. Equity and rent after mortgage read not yet available.
Useful at three properties.
Capable at hundreds.
A small portfolio should be easier to understand than a spreadsheet.
A large portfolio needs filters, exceptions, imports, exports and a clear view of what requires attention.
Primehold is designed for both.
Primehold is a record-keeping tool, not a regulated financial service. It is not authorised or regulated by the FCA and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Where a figure is called an opportunity it is a signal worth investigating, not a recommendation.
